Returns & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the original ship date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Please note: returns for change of mind (e.g., wrong size, no longer needed) may incur shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the product and its condition.

  3. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

3. Return Process

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels).

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Keep your return tracking number and forward it to us along with the RMA and original order number.

4. Inspections & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected for condition and completeness.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, credited to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may be adjusted to deduct shipping or restocking fees for non-defective, change-of-mind returns.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 7 days of delivery, including clear proof (photos/videos).

  • We'll cover return shipping and either provide a replacement or a full refund—including shipping costs—upon validation.

6. Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Shipping fees are not refundable for returns initiated for reasons like change of mind.

  • Returns for defective or mis-shipped products will not incur restocking fees.

  • For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

7. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
– Special orders and custom configurations
– Clearance or discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”)
– Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging/accessories

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days of return approval:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first—some delays are external.

  • Still no sign of the refund? Contact us and we'll assist in tracking the payment.
